Payment Claim

Credit Card service providers utilize a pre-authorization on your initial swipe, then a final authorization at the end of your purchase.  Typically the final payment will post to your credit account immediately, but sometimes 24 hours is required to settle the total.  Please allow 24 hours until after the payment was initiated or the payment is no longer "pending" prior to submitting a claim  When submitting a claim be sure to add the first and last 4 digits of the credit card used.
