We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.  We know there is nothing more frustrating then a vending machine not working as expected and we are committed to improving the quality of our service so this does not happen again.

For a full refund, take a picture of the vending issue and attach it to the message.  If you paid by credit card  add the last 4 digits of your credit card and if you paid by cash please add a Venmo, CashApp, Paypal or Zelle account where a refund can be submitted.
